Phillip also left viewers impressed on Saturday Night Takeaway in 2018 where he took to the stage in his Technicolor Dreamcoat and belted out the musical’s hit Any Dream Will Do.

In 2019, Phillip poked fun at predecessor Jason Donovan as they recited the iconic colours song on This Morning.

The pair exchanged some hilarious spars after Jason admitted his stint playing Joseph in 1991 was ‘a blur,’ which led Phil to joke it was the first time he could remember the whole song.

Phillip took over the West End role of Joseph from Jason, 52, in the early 1990s, after the Neighbours star quit the role in the midst of his well-publicised battle with drug addiction.
