The mother-of-two also exuded beauty with a high-glamour make-up palette and a statement slick of rouge lipstick.

The actress has been sharing regular updates on her third pregnancy and also recently launched a wellbeing programme, Mumma Fit To Be.
Helen, who shares daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, with her beau, 31, recently said her current pregnancy is ‘a lot different’ from the others in a candid Instagram post.

‘Matilda to be fair is a total piece of cake, she’s super easy. I think it’s just maybe Delilah…
‘And I suppose it’s Matilda’s school runs and stuff which I never had in my other pregnancies, so it’s like always up at six and stuff.’

She went on: ‘But yeah, I just can’t wait for the baby to be here now!
‘I haven’t even got anything for the baby, I’ve used the same Moses basket for Matilda and Delilah because it’s sentimental.
‘So I need to dig that out of the garage and freshen it up, but I am getting excited.’
Helen has also been suffering from hyperemesis – a pregnancy complication characterised by nausea, vomiting, dehydration and weight loss.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she admitted that she feels she has ‘to eat all the time’ as it makes her feel better.

The actress said: ‘I’m going to make a vegan lasagna. Also, I still have nausea in this pregnancy. It’s nothing like it was but yeah constantly feel nauseous.
‘So I just feel like I’ve got to eat all the time and eating always makes me feel better. Joys.
‘Also I don’t know if you can see but honestly bump feels like I’m getting really, really big now. And I feel like I’ve got like a little pregnancy waddle.’
Helen revealed she was pregnant with her third child on Instagram in September, sharing sweet family photos while showing off her bump.
The whole family posed for the adorable reveal snaps, with Matilda and Delilah proudly holding up ultrasound photos of their new sibling.
