Pregnant MAFS star Jules Robinson shows off her bump in a floral dress with husband Cam Merchant

Married At First Sight golden couple Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant announced they were expecting their first child on Saturday night.

And on Sunday, Jules looked positively glowing as the couple left their Sydney home for the first time since sharing the happy news.

The mother-to-be, 37, dressed her growing baby bump in a floral maxi dress as she held hands with her ex-cricketer husband, 36.

Jules, who is four-months pregnant, couldn’t contain her smile as she headed to a local cafe to pick up some takeaway coffee for the pair.

She looked comfortable-yet-chic in the summery frock, which highlighted her changing frame.

The mother-to-be embraced the natural look, as she kept her red locks down and appeared to leave the house with minimal makeup.

Opting for comfort, Jules wore a pair of Converse sneakers, as her husband Cam wore flip-flops, shorts and a T-shirt.

The pair kept their distance from the public on their outing, as to adhere to the government’s strict new COVID-19 rules on social-distancing.

It’s also advised for pregnant women to take extra caution amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Jules was seen ordering a coffee by herself in a cafe, while Cameron waited outside patiently for her to return.

However, it was a bittersweet moment to fall pregnant amid the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.

The former reality star went on to say: ‘Once it was all confirmed, I bawled out of pure joy and happiness.

‘To create a baby with the man you love, there is no greater gift, and Cam will be one incredible father.’

Cam and Jules have consistently stated their desire to become parents, and even discussed having a family together while on Married At First Sight.

‘It’s really important to me that I’m with someone who wants to have a family,’ Jules said in one of the episodes, as Cameron agreed it was equally important for him.

During their special A Current Affair wedding on Nine, Jules hinted at her desire to have a ‘push present’; a gift a woman receives after giving birth.

While shopping for wedding rings with Cameron she joked he would need to buy her another sparkler as a push present for ‘the other hand’ when they have children.

It’s not yet determined if the couple are having a boy or a girl, but they are likely expecting the bundle of joy in August or September.
