Rachel Zoe is spotted in white fur coat with her son Sky following his terrifying chairlift accident

She experienced a nightmarish moment as a mother earlier this week when her son endured a horrific ski lift accident.

But Rachel Zoe was seen back on the mountain with her son Skylar on Friday, wearing a season and holiday appropriate long white fur coat.

She was with her nine-year-old son Skyler Morrison, who fell 40 feet from a ski lift on Sunday and was rushed to the hospital but later emerged with no major injuries.

The famous stylist, 52, donned a chic and frilly white fur coat that hung all the way to her ankles.

Underneath, she wore a low-cut black jumpsuit.

She had on a long black and gold pendant necklace, and negotiated the cobblestones in black platform heels.

The mother of two also carried a very luxe black Birkin handbag with gold buckling.

Rachel wore a leopard print face covering and black and gold rounded sunglasses.

Her blonde hair was down, parted at the middle.

Her son Sky was dressed in a cream and gray cardigan, and matching pants along with black Polo snow boots.

He had on a dark fur-trimmed coat and leopard print face mask to match his mother.

The boy wore a knit gray ski cap with his longish brown hair peeking out from underneath.

On her Instagram stories the day before, the Rachel Zoe Project star posted a video from the ski gondola with her whole family, including Sky, his younger brother Kaius Jagger, seven, and their father Rodger Berman.

In the video, Zoe and each family member wished viewers a ‘merry Christmas Eve’.

As part of her caption, she wrote, ‘I have never been filled with more #gratitude for my family so please hold on to yours extra this #holiday season.’

The reason for her gratitude, in part, was the fact that her son Sky was back on the slopes after a nasty accident last weekend that could have been much worse.

Rachel also took a moment to recognize her love for her longtime husband Rodger, to whom she’s been married since 1996.

‘Almost 30 years later,’ she captioned a shot of them kissing, with heart and prayer hands emojis.

It was surely a nod to when the pair started dating.

Later, though, things took a bit of a turn since the devoted mother couldn’t stop looking at her son on the ski trail and wound up in trouble herself.

‘I did something i never do and fell hard while i was watching Sky instead of my trail sooo…’ she wrote in her story, later adding, ‘Now going in and in agony and…is this a sign?’
