Rebecca Maddern sent fans into a frenzy as she revealed her simple bedroom hack on Wednesday.

The Australian Ninja Warrior host shared a post to her Instagram story, and revealed she puts an arrow on her doona so she knows which direction the cover goes on.

‘Anyone else put an arrow on their doona so you know which way the bloody thing goes into the cover?’ the 43-year-old asked her followers.

After posting the question, Rebecca shared a video, and revealed her ‘genius’ idea had gone viral.

‘My post about my doona was probably the most commented on post ever. It makes me laugh so much because now I feel like I’m Martha Stewart,’ she said.

‘You all called me a genius and I’ve never been called that before. I am so happy that I have changed everyone’s life.’

Rebecca’s post comes after she revealed the embarrassing late-night injury that saw her rushed to the emergency department.

Speaking to Today co-host Richard Wilkins in August, the 43-year-old admitted to dislocating her toe in a silly accident.

Describing the injury as ‘one of the most painful things to ever do’, Rebecca said she was baffled by the mishap.

‘I was walking down the hallway and just caught it on the corner of the door, and I’ve done it many times before,’ Rebecca said.

‘Usually I pull it back into [place], but this time I couldn’t get it back in.’

Unable to move her toe back to its normal position, Rebecca said her husband, Trent Miller, quickly bundled their two-year-old daughter up and headed to the hospital.

However, the emergency room took longer due to COVID-19 safety precautions.
