The Bad Boys For Life actor also expressed that he wanted to raise the organization’s profile, which he felt was actively making a difference in the lives of the individuals that it services.

‘I want to bring awareness to Special Olympics and what they believe in, which I believe in as well, which is the power of what sports can create and how sports can create a more inclusive world where people feel accepted and safe,’ he noted.

Melton went on to remark that he would aim to work in his position as a Global Ambassador to boost the standing of the Special Olympics in an effort to make things better for children with special needs.
