He recently completed building a $20million mega-mansion in Byron Bay.

And now, Chris Hemsworth is reportedly looking to buy ‘an exclusive penthouse’ in Sydney’s Bondi Beach.

According to the Wentworth Courier, ‘one of Australia’s best actors’ inspected the luxurious property, which costs more than $20million, last week – the same time Chris and his family are known to have been in Sydney.

‘The whole street was blocked off and it was all very hush-hush, but one of Australia’s best actors has inspected that penthouse’, a local resident told the publication.

Real estate agent Luis Guiance from Lifestyle Property Agency also confirmed: ‘I was showing one high-profile person through today and he said he’d been walking past for years and he never knew this even existed.’

The luxurious property is being offered with DA-approved plans for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with four car spaces.

The home, which is set on 265sqm, features high ceiling of up to 3.2metres, a private roof space area and sea views.

Meanwhile, Chris recently moved into his new $20million mansion in Byron Bay with his wife Elsa Pataky, their daughter India Rose and twin sons Tristan and Sasha, five. 

According to the Gold Coast Bulletin, who report that they’ve seen the floor plans, the actor and his family have access to a whopping ten bathrooms.

Two bars are also well-suited to entertain the couple’s large circle of friends.

The property functions as a retreat too, with a steam room, sauna room and massage room, as well as a gym.

A games room, TV room, living room, dining room, lounge and fire pit also make for both a cosy and spacious home.

The home has seven car spaces, five bedrooms, a study, and a massive 6.8m by 4m walk-in-wardrobe for Elsa.
