Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo were spotted filming a scene for the upcoming Netflix movie The Adam Project on Thursday.

The shoot, which is taking place in Reynolds’ native city of Vancouver in BC, Canada, also included their costar Walker Scobell.

The Deadpool actor appeared to throw a punch at Ruffalo as Scobell looked on at two of the project’s leading actors.

Look out! On Thursday, Ryan Reynolds made a grimace while pretending to punch his costar Mark Ruffalo on the set of their upcoming film The Adam Project, which is currently being filmed in Vancouver

Reynolds, 44, was seen wearing a tan jacket on top of a pair of tight navy blue jeans paired with a set of brown boots.

His 53-year-old costar opted for a black coat and a white shirt that was contrasted with a set of gray pants; similarly to the Pokémon: Detective Pikachu actor, he also was costumed in a pair of brown boots.

Ruffalo allowed his characteristically messy hair to flow freely during the shoot.

Scobell was dressed in a sleeveless puffy jacket that partially covered a red striped sweater, along with a pair of blue jeans and black sneakers.

A number of crew members could be seen wearing face masks to protect themselves and other production workers from contracting COVID-19.

Development on The Adam Project first began in 2012; the project was originally titled My Name Is Adam, and at one point Tom Cruise was set to star in the picture before eventually dropping out to pursue other roles.

After nearly ten years of inactivity on the film, Netflix purchased the The Adam Project’s rights in 2020 and instated Shawn Levy as its director.

The Night at the Museum director is also set to produce the feature under his 21 Laps Entertainment banner.

The story is set to follow a man who travels backwards in time to receive help from his younger self in order to find their father, a physicist who has developed powerful technology that has been stolen by the film’s villain.

Also starring in the feature are Zoe Saldana, Catherine Keener and Jennifer Garner, among others.

Reynolds currently has several upcoming projects in the pipeline, including the action comedy Free Guy, which sees him reuniting with Levy as a director.

The film, which the 6 Underground actor will also serve as a producer on, was scheduled to be released in July of 2020 before experiencing multiple delays caused by the effects of COVID-19 on the film industry; it is set to debut in May.

The actor is also set to costar in the future Netflix release Red Notice, which will see him acting alongside Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson.

Red Notice also experienced delays, as it was originally set to have its premiere in June of last year before being moved up to November; Netflix eventually purchased the rights to the film and set a new release date for sometime in 2021.
