The Mummy Diaries star, 29, and her boyfriend, 32, celebrated in style on Thursday with a stay at the Corinthia Hotel in London where the room was sweetly decorated.
Sam gave a glimpse of the effort her beau had gone to for her as she filmed the balloons dangling over the bed and family pictures he had placed around the room.

It comes after Sam told MailOnline in September that she is ‘really excited’ about eventually tying the knot to her partner Paul.
While on a recent episode of The Mummy Diaries, Paul admitted to brother-in-law Greg Shepherd, who is married to Sam’s sister Billie, that an engagement could be on the cards soon.
He teased: ‘I’ll get her a ring for her birthday… no, I’ll save that for maybe next year, or the year after!’
Discussing their romance, he sweetly added: ‘I 100% feel like during lockdown, I didn’t think we could get any closer. We are probably that one step closer to getting married!’

Earlier in the week, the media personality had gushed about taking the next step in her relationship with the father of her two children, insisting she’s ‘looking forward’ to having son Paul Jr., four, and daughter Rosie, two, take part in the ceremony.
Confessing she’s made plans about her wedding ‘in my head’ ahead of her boyfriend’s proposal, Sam told MailOnline: ‘I’m really excited for that time when it comes and I feel like I’ve got that to look forward to.
‘So much has happened since Paul and I got together. In terms of my wedding, I sort of do know what I would like.
‘I would want to get married abroad in Europe and I’d want quite a small intimate wedding. I haven’t got a planner or anything but you do think about what you’d like!’
