Sam’s role is not yet know, however the Avatar star appears to be back home Down Under for a while after returning to Australia with his model wife Lara with their sons, in January.

Sam is currently the lead in the Wesley Enoch-directed stage production, called Appropriate, while Lara has several modelling jobs lined up in Sydney.

Reports surfaced last year that the couple were planning to move Down Under on a permanent basis after spending years living in the U.S.

The family has lived in both New York and California in the past, moving depending on Sam’s work commitments.

In June last year, the pair welcomed their third son. They are also parents to two older boys, Rocket, five, and Racer, four.

Lara and Sam began dating in 2013 and married in secret a year later.

She was previously engaged to former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke from 2008 to 2010.
