Ryan Murphy and his frequent collaborator Brad Falchuk are executive producers on American Crime Story which has had two seasons so far.

The first season was about the O.J. Simpson trial and won Sarah an Emmy for her performance as prosecutor Marcia Clark.

Then came a season about Gianni Versace’s murder which featured Glee star Darren Criss played serial killer Andrew Cunanan.

Monica was only a 22-year-old White House intern when President Clinton, then 49, began having a sexual relationship with her.

It was Linda’s secretly taped phone conversations with Monica, in which the intern discussed her liaisons with the president, that set off the Lewinsky scandal.

Monica’s relationship with the president was brought into the spotlight as a consequence of Paula Jones’ sexual harassment suit against him.

His denial under oath that he had ‘sexual relations’ with Monica instigated the impeachment that gives the anthology show its title.

The mini-series is based on a book by Jeffrey Toobin, whom the New Yorker fired two months ago for masturbating on camera during a Zoom meeting.

‘I believed I was not visible on Zoom,’ he insisted to Vice. ‘I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video.’

Jeffrey also wrote the book that formed the basis of the O.J. season, while the Versace season was adapted from a book by Vanity Fair writer Maureen Orth.

Impeachment boasts a top-flight cast including King Arthur heartthrob Clive Owen as Bill Clinton and Annaleigh Ashford as Paula Jones.

Matt’s website the Drudge Report broke the Lewinsky story, while Ann’s first book was High Crimes And Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton.
