‘This is 32 kilos and I’ve done it loads before, but it’s still my nemesis and for some reason I just cant seem to get it up all the time,’ she said.

The model then bent down to lift the weight and brought it up to her chest before lifting it above her head twice.

‘About nine weeks out from the start of the course, I started strongman training with strength coach Khris Bust two times per week,’ she explained.

Erin revealed that she gained ‘about six kilograms of lean muscle’ and ‘lost three kilograms of fat’ before the show, balancing out at about 62kg.

Looking back at her pre-filming training, Erin reflected on what she would have done differently if she were to go on the show again.

‘In retrospect, however, I should have started at minimum four or five months out and focused on lifting heavier for longer (as well as keeping a slightly higher body fat percentage to deal with the energy burnt from shivering),’ she wrote.
