Shaynna Blaze breaks down in tears as The Veronicas are FIRED on Celebrity Apprentice

The Veronicas’ Lisa and Jessica Origliasso were fired at the start of Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice, after they project led their team on an art challenge.

And Shaynna Blaze proved she was on the show for the right reasons when she told the pop act that she would pass over her winning charity’s money for their own – The Brain Foundation – in honour of their mother Colleen who has Lewy Body Dementia.

Shaynna broke down in tears as she told the twin sisters that they were deserving of the $69,000 prize, and that she doesn’t ‘want to take anything away’ from them.

On last Tuesday’s episode, the teams were required to create pieces of art and sell their items at auction.

Following Michelle Bridges’ firing, Scherri-Lee Biggs accused the sisters of forming an alliance with David Genat, when they chose to keep him safe from elimination.

Michelle had created five pieces of art, whereas David had only created one.

Lord Alan Sugar agreed with Scherri-Lee, choosing to fire The Veronicas as well.

‘We feel disappointed. It’s just s**tty that we were such a big part of raising money for everyone else’s charities. We didn’t get to raise any for ours,’ Jess and Lisa, 36, vented on camera following their firing.

However, just moments later, Shaynna came rushing over to the girls as they prepared to speed away in a waiting vehicle, breaking down in tears in the process.

‘You are the last people I wanted to ever be up against because you’re a powerhouse, but also for what you’re doing it for,’ the 58-year-old The Block judge began.

‘Every time you speak to your mum, it’s all about mumma bear, and I’m a mumma bear to my kids… so I know what it meant.

‘And I don’t want to take anything away from you. So every cent that you earned in the black book, and every cent that you earned on the ground, it’s yours.’

Heartfelt: Shaynna, 58, said she simply could not 'take anything away' from them, offering to hand over her winning team's $69,733 prize for their own charity, The Brain Foundation, in honour of their mother Colleen who is battling Lewy Body Dementia

So grateful: Lisa and Jessica were understandably overcome with emotion, describing Shaynna as 'so beautiful'. 'She's so incredible, that's who she is. She's a really generous soul. Shaynna's heart's in it for all the right reasons,' they said in a piece to camera while driving off

Offering the $69,733 earned from the challenge, Shaynna added in between tears that she simply ‘can’t take that’.

‘It’s yours. We’re here for things that are so close to our heart. You’re here for all the right reasons. You’re here for your mum, and I can’t walk away without giving that money to you,’ she said, before hugging the singers.
