She’s All That actress Rachael Leigh Cook’s divorce with Daniel Gillies is finalized … and they will share custody of two children
Rachael Leigh Cook’s divorce has been finalized.
A settlement the between the She’s All That actress and her ex determined how the assets would be divided between Cook and ex-husband Daniel Gillies, who filed for the split last July, US reported Wednesday citing court docs.
The Minneapolis native, 41, and Gillies, 45 – who had been wed since 2004 and separated in 2019 – resolved their case in mediation.

They will share legal and physical custody of their kids Charlotte Easton, seven, and Theodore Vigo, five, according to the outlet. No spousal or child support will be exchanged in the split, according to court docs.
‘Neither party shall make or allow others to make negative comments about the other parent or the other parent’s past or present relationships, family or friends within hearing distance of the children,’ the court agreement read, according to the outlet.
Cook, who’s been seen in Robot Chicken and Josie and the Pussycats, will retain possession of a Redondo Beach, California home the family lived in, in addition to her wardrobe and jewelry collection, her 2020 Audi Q5 and production company, Ben’s Sister Productions Inc.
Cook also retains reward points she got on credit cards and frequent flyer miles, according to the outlet.

She and Gillies will divide whatever they get for a Studio City, California home they owned, the outlet reported.
The former couple will pool costs for their pets, a pair of dogs and a pair of cats.
Gillies will keep his wardrobe and jewelry collection and his vehicle, a 2019 BMW X6.
In their separation announcement on Instagram in June of 2019, the former couple said they had ‘mutually decided to separate as a couple … with deep gratitude for every year we have spent together and the thousands of beautiful memories shared.
‘This decision isn’t one we have come to easily or lightly. We love and respect each other as parents, people and artists and look forward to maintaining the best parts of our relationship for many years to come.’
