With restaurants closing, Sophie has turned to junk food and takeaway in recent weeks because she ‘can’t cook’.

Bad habits: Like many of us, Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk has struggled with excessive snacking while living under lockdown

She told News.com.au on Monday that her diet and exercise routine had suffered.

‘I have no moderation. It’s not in my head. If I ruin the day with bad food, I’m like, “That’s it, I’m just going to eat three pizzas,”‘ Sophie confessed.

‘I didn’t even like pizza before. But it’s just so easy and it comes so quick.’

The former Bardot singer has been regularly scoffing Caltex sandwiches, saying: ‘I go there to get my coffee and the sandwiches are just calling my name.’

The 2017 Bachelorette has made no secret of the fact she is a terrible home cook.

Now that lockdowns are starting to lift, she is excited about the prospect of dining at restaurants again.

While her gym routine has suffered, Sophie has been trying to stay in shape through dancing and at-home yoga sessions.

‘I just find dancing helps me get through [isolation],’ she said.
