TALK OF THE TOWN: Alice Naylor-Leyland isn’t moving house, just going on holiday!

TALK OF THE TOWN: When Alice Naylor-Leyland posted this picture online, I thought she was moving house. But the socialite was just laying out the clothes she was taking on holiday!

When this picture was posted online, I thought Alice Naylor-Leyland was packing up to move house.

But it turns out the socialite, 34, was just laying out the clothes she was taking for a holiday in the Bahamas!

In fairness to Alice, below, she’ll be there for a month with husband Tom, the 39-year-old son of Sir Philip Naylor-Leyland, 4th baronet – who is said to be worth £160 million – and their three children, Billy, Nancy and Felix.

Alice captioned the snap ‘The Packathon’ before apologising to Tom and adding the hashtags #OhDear and #TryingToPackLight.

They ended up taking eight huge bags: it looks as if it might have been seven for Alice and one for everybody else!

Has BBC love rat Tim been ditched by Najah?

Is BBC journalist Tim Willcox – who left his wife Sarah and four children for colleague Sophie Long in 2012 – getting a taste of karma?

Rumour has it he’s parted ways after just two years with Najah al-Otaibi, his Saudi Arabian wife who’s 18 years his junior.

‘She’s kicked him out,’ says my source about Tim, right with Middle East analyst Najah.

Tim, 58, ran off with Sophie after attending her wedding to yacht salesman Will Green in 2010.

The couple later split up after the love rat became involved with Tessa Hardy, estranged wife of telecoms tycoon Warren Hardy.

A BBC spokesman said that Tim was ‘aware’ of my story, but declined to comment.

It wasn’t the art heist of the century, but I was shocked to learn the prestigious Saatchi Gallery lost an exhibit last month and the crook got away with a bronze sculpture… of a discarded condom!

But bosses at the London site did not see the funny side and fear the theft of the £750 sculpture by Sam Harris would discourage other top artists from exhibiting there.

An executive told me: ‘We didn’t find the incident amusing and we take the protection of all artworks, even those resembling condoms, very seriously. We have taken steps to prevent it happening again.’

Well, it’s always a good thing to use protection…
