Former Bachelor star Tara Pavlovic reveals her heartache as she may be forced to cancel her wedding for a SECOND time amid border restrictions

Former Bachelor star Tara Pavlovic was forced to postpone her wedding to Nick Shepherdson in April due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

And on the latest episode of The Wedding Digest by WedBooker podcast, the 30-year-old revealed her heartache at possibly having to cancel the nuptials yet again.

Tara, who is considering eloping should border restrictions still be in place, said she couldn’t imagine tying the knot in Queensland without her family and friends there.

‘How do I be excited about the wedding, when I don’t know if it’s going to happen?’ she told co-hosts Lucy Polkinghorne and Ally Molineaux.

Tara, initially planned to wed Nick in April at a venue in Currumbin Valley, Queensland, but was forced to postpone it to September amid COVID-19.

Now with Queensland’s tough border restrictions, the reality star is devastated should her family and friends in New South Wales and Victoria be unable to attend.

‘I’ve already gone through all of that emotion, I don’t want to feel that again,’ she said. ‘It just upsets me so much the idea of having a wedding and they’re not there, especially my dad. Who’s going to give me away?’   

Tara went on to say that she couldn’t ’emotionally cope’ with having to postpone her wedding for a third time. 

Instead, should border restrictions still be in place, the couple plan to elope with just their bridesmaids and groomsmen.

The couple went public with their romance in August 2018, just two months after reports Tara had separated from her Bachelor In Paradise fiancé Sam Cochrane. 

Tara and Nick had known each other for 10 years before exploring a relationship together in 2018.
