The Bachelorette’s Adam Todd and Shannon Karaka land new reality game show gig after Bachelor In Paradise was axed – and here’s how YOU can get involved

The Bachelorette’s Adam Todd and Shannon Karaka have landed a new reality show.

The unlucky-in-love hunks are among a host of other Australian reality stars set to appear on Mike Goldman’s new virtual game show.

Though celebrities are competing for charity, eager fans have the opportunity to pocket a grand prize of $2,500 for joining the online program.

Fans can also compete against Big Brother’s Zoe George, Bachelor In Paradise star Alisha Aitken-Radburn or Australian Survivor’s Sharn Coombes.

Created by the masterminds behind Strike bowling and Holey Moley Golf Club, ‘The Game Show’ is a nostalgic fusion of some of Australia’s most iconic game shows.

The fun will last for 60 minutes, with players competing in multiple rounds of exciting puzzles and trivia.

‘The Game Show was developed to give Aussies a chance to get together and have a good old-fashioned belly laugh after a turbulent year, despite forced pandemic restrictions still in place,’ Funlab Virtual CEO Michael Schreiber explained.

Australians must sign up to participate before November 30 here.

Shannon and Adam’s unlikely new gig comes just weeks after Channel 10 announced that the 2021 season would not be going ahead this year due to COVID-19.

‘We love all the excitement, drama and of course love that Bachelor in Paradise brings, but we have decided to rest it in 2021,’ a spokesperson said.

Based on the American format of the same name, the reality series brings together contestants from past seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette for a second chance at love.

The spin-off doesn’t usually perform as well in the ratings as the main programs, but its figures were particularly disappointing this year.
