The horrifying stipulation in Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s will

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and ex-husband Lee had it written in their will that Lee’s sister would have to eat his ASHES to get access to their fortune

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has shared the stomach-churning stipulation that she and ex-husband had written into their will years ago.

In a segment on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Wednesday, the 46-year-old said that she and Lee had left their fortune to daughter to Kitty, but that she wouldn’t be able to access it until she was 18.

Lee’s sister Kelly would be in charge of taking care of Kitty if anything happened to them, and would be able to access the youngster’s inheritance to care for her under one condition.

According to Lee, who called in to the show, Kelly would have to consume some of his ashes after his cremation in order to get the money.

‘I would be cremated, and that she would have to, when scattering my ashes, would have to ensure that at least some of my ashes went into her mouth,’ he explained.

‘That’s right, she had to eat you!’ Jackie responded with a laugh.

The blonde shock jock said that she consulted with lawyers before adding the stipulation, and was told that it was perfectly legal.

Jackie announced her split from her second husband Lee in late 2018, after 18 years together.

And the KIIS FM host revealed last month that she doesn’t think she’ll ever walk down the aisle again.

When asked whether she’d tie the knot for a third time, the mother of one told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I don’t know, I don’t really think about it. I think ultimately, no.’

Jackie, who is the newest ambassador for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, added that she doesn’t plan to start dating again for at least another three years.

She said she wants to wait until her daughter, Kitty, 10, becomes a teenager before she puts herself out there.

‘I feel like I have a few years left before my daughter wants to go off with her friends every weekend,’ she said.

‘She’s ten now; she’ll be 11 at the end of the year. For me, I just don’t want to bring in that kind of complication with her. I just am so mindful about it.

‘That’s not to say… you never know. You never know who you might meet. But if it happened it would be unintentional instead of intentional.’

‘I’ve always found in my past dating life that when you’re looking, you never find them, and when you stop they come along,’ she added.

Jackie shares custody of Kitty with her ex-husband Lee, who is now in a relationship with tattooed jujitsu instructor Gabriella Motta.

The Hendersons remain on amicable terms as they co-parent Kitty.
