For weeks, fans have guess that musical theatre star Lucy Durack is the voice behind the cactus on The Masked Singer.
And now a rather telling Instagram post appears to prove that the 37-year-old appears on the show.
An eagle-eyed fan posted an old Instagram photo of Lucy and friends on Twitter, that had a caption that matched the clue given for the cactus this week.

Lucy’s caption read: ‘Spice Girls reunion! I am honestly AS excited about reuniting with these girls as I would be if the ACTUAL Spice Girls reunited.’
She added: ‘And anyone who knew me in the 90s knows that I wore platform sneakers to our school sports carnivals.’
The fan that found the old post tweeted: ‘Okay so the cactus is 100000000000000 per cent Lucy Durack.’

On Tuesday, the cactus divided Masked Singer fans when it performed the 1990’s smash-hit I Touch Myself by the Divinyls.
‘The Cactus with Boobs is singing The Divinyls’ ‘I Touch Myself’… WHOLESOME FAMILY VIEWING MY A***,’ commented one viewer on Twitter.

‘Really didn’t need to see a cactus touching its pot,’ quipped a second.
While a third preferred to see the absurdity in the performance.
‘I can’t wait to explain to future generations that a cactus with boobs once sang about masturbation on national TV and that that wasn’t even remotely the weirdest thing to happen in 2020,’ they wrote.
‘So a Cactus with boobs is singing I Touch Myself during prime time that’s Channel 10 for you,’ added a fourth viewer, before another simply added: ‘The irony of a cactus singing about touching itself.’
