The family relocated to Los Angeles when they were still in their teens as Cody rose to fame in the music world. Alli also had gigs as an entertainer.

After years in Los Angeles, the Simpson clan ended up relocating back to Australia, except for Cody, who opted to stay in the US.
Speaking of what it is like being a child star, Alli told The Daily Telegraph this year that is a lot to be your best as a kid.
‘You can only be the best you and that’s something Cody and I dealt with a lot moving to Los Angeles as 13-year-olds,’ she said.
‘With people telling you how to look, that you need to lose weight and then getting backlash online at a young age.’
She finished: ‘It’s the same as being bullied at school but on a bigger scale.’
