Timothee Chalamet shares humorous Instagram pics of him ‘playing with myself’ as celeb friends Kiernan Shipka and Lili Reinhart react

Timothee Chalamet doesn’t use social media much, but he had some fun with his fans and followers on Monday.

The 25-year old actor hasn’t posted on Twitter since posting  the new Dune trailer in September, and he hadn’t posted on Instagram since February before Monday’s surprising post.

The Dune star took to the Gram to tell his 12 million followers, ‘I’ve been playing with myself all day,’ which lead celeb friends Kiernan Shipka and Lili Reinhart to respond.

Chalamet’s caption was facetious and not as ‘dirty’ as some may be lead to believe, with the actor showing that he was simply playing with an action figure of himself.

The action figure, which depicts his Paul Atreides character from Dune and is available to purchase for $19.99, was hanging out in the actor’s living room.

The first post featured the action figure perched atop his couch, as Chalamet was getting ready to watch the Netflix documentary series Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel.

Another snap showcased the action figure raising one of his arms triumphantly, for whatever reason.

The final shot saw the tiny Timothee perched atop an acoustic guitar, while holding a Gibson guitar pick.

The post, his first in over two months, brought out many fans to like and comment on the post, including two celeb friends.

Kiernan Shipka just said, ‘Hi Timmy,’ while Lili Reinhart added simply, ‘Timmy’ on his post.

The Dune movie was originally slated to hit theaters in December 2020, just ahead of the Christmas holiday, though it was pushed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
