In a trailer for Spelling’s upcoming podcast 9021OMG, Garth said: ‘I had all the scenes with her. If anybody didn’t want to have their eyes looked into, it would’ve been me, but I don’t remember ‘cause I have the world’s worst memory.’

Tori got speculative as she wondered if Fox’s producers had passed around a ‘cool memo’ without giving notice to the cast.

She explained: ‘Imagine we just thought guest stars didn’t like us? ‘They never looked at us! We don’t know why. We were so nice.’

Garth gushed about Alba as she said: ‘From the vague memories I have of working with her, I only remember her being super talented. She was very young, and she was really sweet.

‘It does not surprise me that she’s gone on to be so successful.’

Then Spelling joked around as she uses products from Alba’s very successful Honest Company.

The Stori Telling author said: ‘I was a little horrified when I saw that clip … because her baby wipes are my favorite. … Like, I wipe my child’s a** with her baby wipes every single day. I’m so upset right now.’

Back in 1998, Alba had starred as pregnant Leanne in two episodes of the show and only recently made a shocking claim about her short time on the show during an appearance on Hot Ones on Thursday.

She revealed that during her time on the set, she wasn’t even allowed to look the main casts members in the eye.

‘I couldn’t even make eye contact with any of the cast members, which was really strange when you’re, like, trying to do a scene with them,’ Alba explained.

‘It was like, “You’re not allowed to make eye contact with any one of the cast members or you’ll be thrown off the set,”‘ she added.

She also opened up about playing Jessica, the rival to the title character in The Secret Live of Alex Mack.’

‘I got bullied as a kid, so it was sort of wish fullfilment, maybe, to play someone who was bullying me, essentially,’ she said.

Alba is not the first actress to speak out about behavior on the Beverly Hills 90210 set, with Thiessen telling Howard Stern in 2012 that Garth and Spelling, ‘were not very nice to me.’

After the original show went off the air in 2000, it was rebooted in 2008 on The CW Network, which lasted five seasons.

One of the reboot stars, AnnaLynne McCord, also told US Weekly in November 2019 that the original stars weren’t too welcoming either.

‘They were being a little shady toward me! And then I was a little shady back!’ McCord said in an interview.

She added that the original Beverly Hills 90210 stars didn’t see the 90210 reboot as being valid.

‘They don’t acknowledge your 90210 as the real 90210,’ McCord added.
