Adding a playful side to her look, she teamed the flattering frock, from her Little Mistress UK line, with a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses.

Keeping her makeup light and natural, the Irish beauty wore her golden locks in a sleek bun, while she accessorised with a selection of delicate jewellery.

Toting a black Dior handbag, the TV and radio personality rounded out her eye-catching look with a pair of leopard-print heels.

As she greeted photographers, the star also showed off her gown’s backless feature, all while playfully posing in the streets of the capital.

Vogue’s outing came after she revealed plans to try for a third baby after the summer and also candidly told some facts about her husband Spencer Matthews’ body hair.

The TV presenter is mother to Theodore, two, and Gigi, 10 months, with her husband, 32, and the couple are planning on expanding their brood later this year.

Speaking on comedian Joanne McNally’s podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue told how she plans on getting pregnant in the coming months.

Vogue and Joanne spoke about Wayne Lineker’s appearance on this year’s series of Celebs Go Dating and Vogue joked the pair should go out to Ibiza to visit his Ocean Beach club before she gets pregnant again.

She said: ‘I’m going to try and get pregnant after the summer, I’m putting it out there and we have to go to Ibiza.

‘I’m going to do it for the winter, I’ll enjoy the summer and we have to go see Wayne before the summer is out. Even if it’s for three nights, that’s probably all I can take.’

Vogue also discussed Spencer’s body hair, admitting he is ‘bald everywhere except his head’.

She added: ‘He hates having all that hair but I love it. He just gets rid of all of it. You should see the f*****g shower when he’s finished.’

It comes after Vogue recently confessed she’s considering a ginormous brood but goes off the idea when her kids wake her up at night.

Speaking to The Mirror, she said: ‘Our family is amazing as it is but the plan is definitely to have more kids. People think I’m mad when I say that, but the dream would be four.

‘There are days we think we can have five, then we don’t have a good night’s sleep and realise five is too much.’

She continued: ‘You don’t realise how full-on it is until you become a mum. But I wouldn’t change anything. The lack of sleep was hard at the start but there’s no part of it I could never do again. I think everyone has little hurdles.’

Vogue also revealed that she sometimes struggles to handle two children at once.

The former model explained that she doesn’t have much free time and that she gets nervous about getting to places on time with her children.

Vogue previously admitted she deliberately hid her body after giving birth to daughter Gigi as she snapped back to her pre-pregnancy figure quickly.

Conscious of the message she was sending out to other women, Vogue said she didn’t want to put ‘pressure’ on anyone to lose weight.

She told Fabulous magazine: ‘There is so much pressure put on women about this and I didn’t want to add to that when actually, instead of worrying about losing the baby weight, we should be worrying about where our pelvic floor is at and how our mental health is doing. All of that is so much more important.

‘It’s purely down to my body type that I went back to how I was before without too much effort, and I did find myself trying to hide that for the first few months.

‘I’d always done my tanning stuff [Instagram posts promoting her line of self-tan products], but I wanted to wait so as not to annoy people.

‘I just didn’t want to make anyone else feel bad by being all, ‘hey, look at me after having a baby,’ because the last thing anyone wants to see is someone who’s lost the weight quicker than you.’
