‘Thanks for the biscuits!’ Zoe Ball shares photos of herself giving blood as she encourages followers to continue to donate
Zoe Ball has urged her fans to continue to donate blood during the coronavirus pandemic.
Posting photos of herself as she gave blood in London’s West End on Thursday, the TV and radio presenter explained how important it was to help.
Wearing a mask, Zoe, 49, looked in great spirits as she snapped a selfie of herself and thanked staff for the biscuits.

Proudly wearing her ‘I gave blood today; sticker, Zoe dressed in a cosy black cardigan and printed top.
She wore her glasses and a surgical mask while relaxing in the chair and tucking into some sweet treats.
‘Feet up to #giveblood thanks to Joe & the gang at West End Donor Centre. Thanks for the club & tuc biscuits they are always appreciated,’ Zoe wrote in the Instagram caption.

Zoe has been isolating with her boyfriend Michael Reed and her children, Woody, 18, and Nelly, ten, after reuniting with her beau earlier this year.
It was reported the couple had gone their separate ways in November 2019 after she ‘grew uncomfortable’ with his ambitions ‘to become a model and actor’, with friends fearing he could be ‘using her’.
A source told The Sun at the time of their split: ‘Zoe knew deep down the relationship wasn’t going anywhere. She enjoyed her time with Michael but came to the conclusion he wasn’t a keeper, despite him believing they were getting serious.

‘There were certain things she grew uncomfortable with, such as him wanting to become a model and actor. Her close circle feared he was using her to enhance his own career.’
A second source claimed Zoe split from Michael to focus on work and her two children who she raises with ex-husband, DJ Norman ‘Fatboy Slim’ Cook, 56.
The broadcaster found love with the construction boss in December 2017, months after her former boyfriend, cameraman Billy Yates, tragically took his own life following a long battle with depression.
