Director Soren Ravaux said: ‘The number of houseboats in London has risen by six per cent since 2012.
‘The lifestyle is hugely appealing for those seeking fresh air and freedom, especially after the confinement we’ve all suffered in recent months.
‘At the same time residential moorings are few and far between, and so the Savvy represents a massive opportunity, coming with an excellent mooring in a great location at Cadogan Pier in Chelsea.
