She gave birth to her first child, a son named Harvey John Miller, two weeks ago.
And on Thursday, Steph Claire Smith shared intimate photos of her labour and the moment she welcomed her baby boy into the world with husband Josh Miller.
In one photo, the fitness influencer is pictured lying in a hospital bed and covering her eyes.

She also posted another picture of herself standing in a shower while in labour.
In a third image, Steph has wrapped herself in a white hospital blanket and is giving birth to her son.
She wrote: ‘Whilst my birth didn’t go how I envisioned or how I ‘planned’ – I’m so incredibly grateful for the whole experience and thankful that Harvey and I were A-Okay.’

Steph welcomed her newborn son Harvey into the world on May 4 and announced his arrival two days later.
She shared a photo to Instagram of herself cradling Harvey in hospital as Josh gazed sweetly at the newborn.
‘Meet our little man,’ she wrote in the caption.
‘Harvey John Miller. 3.17kg, born at 1:21am, 4.5.21. We are in the biggest love bubble.’

Steph and Josh announced in October they were expecting their first child together.
The couple threw a gender reveal party the following month and confirmed they’re having a boy.
The pair married in November 2019 in a festival-themed ceremony along the Murray River, exactly one year after getting engaged at the same location.
