Aaron Carter’s former fiancée Melanie Martin has suffered a miscarriage.
The Candy singer, 32, announced his ex had lost the couple’s first child ‘due to stress conditions’ as he confirmed they had rekindled their romance.
Speaking during a YouTube livestream on Monday, Aaron explained the pair decided to get back together after going through the miscarriage.

He said: ‘She suffered a miscarriage due to stress conditions and anything I said about you I’m sorry, and I love you. I didn’t mean it. I was just mad at you.’
When one of Aaron’s fans berated him for previously ‘smoking near a pregnant woman’, he said: ‘That’s so rude, for people to hear. We’re gonna give it some time, let her heal and then we’re going to try again
‘We both want that. I gotta take care of her.’
The couple shared numerous smooches on camera before admitting that their relationship originally came to an end due to ‘negative influences’ and missteps on Melanie’s part.

‘I have a different phone now and I am praying that no other problems happen. I feel like everyone has problems in their relationship,’ explained Melanie.
Aaron said: ‘I am happy. She has taken full responsibility for what she’s done’ with Melanie responding: ‘I do think you went a little overboard.’
‘There were a lot of problems but we had a loving relationship, we never went to bed upset with each other’
‘She is forgiving but I never did anything wrong.’

Melanie admitted that she gave Aaron access to her ‘location settings’ so that he would know that she was not lying about her whereabouts.
Aaron made sure to interject and remind Melanie that there were some things she ‘did wrong’ but that ‘everyone deserves a second chance.’
‘My heart never let go of [Melanie] and there was nothing I could do about it. And I became so miserable and lonely,’ explained Carter to his audience.
Aaron also said that he was ‘not willing to give up on’ Melanie just because they had ‘disagreements’ and she had crossed his boundaries in the past.
Melanie hit back at claims she had cheated on Aaron, saying: ‘I did not hook up with anyone else from the day I met you, December 28 to April 26, the day I left.’

They had broken up less than a week after announcing they were expecting their first child together.
Their baby news came just a month after Melanie was arrested for domestic assault after an incident with Aaron at his Lancaster home.

Things between Aaron and Melanie got physical on March 29 around 11 pm, prompting a visit from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Marks on Aaron’s arms – which he also shared images of online – appeared to have been inflicted by Melanie, so she was taken into custody.
Social media personality Melanie was held in custody for a number of days on a $50,000 bail, according to TMZ.
Aaron even got a face tattoo with Melanie’s name on it while they were together – something which he now regrets.
He also hinted he wasn’t completely sure if he was the father of the unborn child now.
The 32-year-old singer during an interview with Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn said: ‘That says ”mistake”, that’s not Melanie.’

He was then asked if he was excited about fatherhood.
‘Yah of course. …If that’s the actual situation. We’ll see,’ he replied.
When asked if he was worried about the baby’s paternity, Aaron said, ‘What do you think? Well, that answer should give you an inkling.’
