Alessandra Ambrosio displayed her toned figure in yoga gear as she meditated and jumped on a bed in video clips shared Thursday on Instagram.

The 39-year-old model posted a video on Instagram Stories of herself in Alo yoga wear as she sat cross-legged with her eyes closed and her hands in a prayer position.

‘Namaste,’ she wrote as a caption for her roughly 10.2 million followers.

She also shared a playful clip of herself in leggings and sports bra as she made her way into a bedroom.

Alessandra captioned the video ‘Good Vibes Only’ as it showed her approaching a trunk at the foot of a bed before stepping onto it to launch herself onto the mattress.

She raised her arms while airborne as she looked back at the camera.

The Brazilian beauty beamed after landing on her back on the soft bed.

Alessandra has been in her native Brazil for the holidays.

She was spotted earlier this week hitting the beach in Florianópolis wearing a tiny pink bikini.

Alessandra has a 12-year-old daughter Anja and eight-year-old Noah with her ex-fiance Jamie Mazur, 39.

She has been in a relationship with Italian businessman Nicolo Oddi, 40, for two years.

Alessandra was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2004 to 2017.
