Alex Jones made sure she got in a workout on Sunday amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The One Show presenter, 43, looked great as she put herself through her paces, wearing a ‘TV baby’ top in grey and dark leggings and trainers.
The brunette beauty wore her locks up in a ponytail and she wore designer sunglasses.

On Friday, Alex shared a picture of herself hosting The One Show alongside Alex Scott on Instagram.
The couple were sat fairly far apart from one another as they kept to social distancing measures for safety reasons.
Alex wrote: ‘Thanks to all who watched this week and loved having @alexscott2 as my co pilot.

Alex’s former co-host Matt Baker, 42, celebrated his last day as a presenter on The One Show via video link from home on March 31.
The cheeky chappy sat on the sofa with a ‘sneaky g&t’ while presenting his last ever show alongside Alex.
While Matt remained composed throughout the episode, Alex couldn’t hold back her tears as she read out thoughtful goodbye messages from viewers.
Introducing Matt’s last programme at the start of the show, Alex said: ‘Matt is joining me from home on his last day at the one show.
There should have been nibbles and drinks, but due to the current situation there isn’t.
She added: ‘You said you were leaving in December and the day is finally here!’
