She’s been on the grind as an essential worker as she continues to host her Heart Breakfast Show amid the coronavirus pandemic.

And Amanda Holden treated herself to a well-deserved cocktail as she sunbathed in her garden on Tuesday.

In a radiant snap posted to Instagram, the Britain’s Got Talent judge, 49, slipped into a bright orange bikini as she held up a glass of Aperol Spritz.

Putting on a busty display, the TV and radio presenter highlighted her youthful-looking figure in her vibrant swimwear piece.

The Wild At Heart actress wore her shoulder-length tresses in a straight fashion while protecting her eyes from the sun in a pair of square-framed shades.

‘The future is bright the future’s…. #aperolspritz’, the mother-of-two captioned her photo, as she kicked her feet up following a long day at work.

Amanda has been entertaining her followers with a variety of Tik Tok challenges on her Instagram page throughout the coronavirus lockdown.  

Her latest effort did not disappoint as she danced around her daughter Lexi, 14, in the garden.

The media personality recorded the teenager lying on a towel on the grass staring at her phone as she tried to distract her.

Amanda’s youngest child Hollie, eight, then danced past her sister wearing a princess costume, without Lexi looking away from her phone. 

The TV star then followed, sitting astride a toy unicorn as she tried to distract her unimpressed teenager. 

The blonde beauty continues to appear on Britain’s Got Talent at the weekends – with her charity single, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, continuing to raise funds for the NHS.
