American Horror Story actress Leslie Grossman’s husband files for divorce

American Horror Story star Leslie Grossman’s marriage is ending after 21 years and one child together. 

The 48-year-old’s husband Jon Bronson filed for divorce at the Los Angeles County Courts on Monday, according to The Blast. 

The couple share daughter Goldie, 13, together, and in his filing Jon is seeking the dissolution of marriage with a minor child, reports the site.    

As of now, it is uncertain what Jon is seeking in terms of child support, spousal support, or division of assets, according to TMZ. 

Leslie appears to have not yet responded to the filing.   

Leslie has been appearing on American Horror Story since 2017, most recently playing Margaret Booth in the latest 1984 installment. 

The actress said playing villain Margaret was a fun experience for her since it was so contrary to her own nature.

‘There’s something wildly freeing about it because I’m a person who’s always so concerned with everyone else’s feelings, and it’s refreshing to play somebody who does not care,’ she told Variety.

‘Obviously this is an extreme example, but I also love that it’s a woman and there isn’t anything soft or maternal or redeeming about her through and through.’  

The actress has also starred in a slew of other big TV series, including What I Like About You and Popular. 

She’s also made appearances in Modern Family, 2 Broke Girls, and Scandal. 

Leslie and Jon tied the knot in 1999 and adopted daughter Goldie, whom frequently appears on her parent’s social media accounts.   

Last year, the actress opened up about her family while speaking about the current political climate.

‘I am adopted,’ she tweeted. ‘My child is adopted. I love me some adoption. But I also really love women having autonomy over their own bodies and not letting religious extremists use their f**ked up cult beliefs to enslave women and deny us our right to healthcare #WEWONTGOBACK.’
