Amy Schumer shares clip from the upcoming season of her and husband Chris Fischer’s cooking show

Despite broadcasting a number of her private cooking lessons with husband Chris Fischer on the Food Network earlier this year, Amy Schumer still has a lot to learn.

In a first look of the second season of her and Fischer’s Emmy-nominated cooking series, the dynamic duo can be seen hilariously struggling in their kitchen together.

As the award-winning chef and cookbook author, 40, prepares to whip up something special for their Amy Schumer Learns to Cook viewers, he immediately notices his wife mistakenly purchased cabbage, instead of iceberg lettuce.

While the father-of-one’s culinary skills are undeniably superior to Schumer’s, the former bartender proved she can certainly shake up a cocktail better.

At one point, Fischer’s polo shirt gets drenched, after he brings a cocktail shaker over his shoulder to prepare a beverage, but had forgotten to secure the lid first.

Despite a few blunders and oversights, the lovebirds, who married in 2018, keep a light-hearted attitude, as Schumer jokes they’re getting ‘Neeson’ ratings.

‘Wow, how are we doing?’ Fischer asks about their viewership, to which Schumer says, ‘Not good.’

Fans of the couple, even get an adorable glimpse of their one-year-old son, Gene.

During the cute exchange, Fischer holds his mini-me at their dining table and the comedian looks relaxed in a white t-shirt and her hair in a ponytail.

Giving a whole new meaning to the term ‘nanny cam,’ Gene’s dedicated nanny actually stepped up to serve as the camera person for the network show.

While Chris does most of the heavy lifting in the kitchen, Amy’s real gig is providing some side-splitting comic relief.

In one episode she phoned best friend Jennifer Lawrence, shortly after the Oscar winner woke, to chat about their lockdown drinking habits.

While the return of the show is certainly great news for Amy, it does mean the return of her least favorite vegetable, fennel.

Chris has show his affinity for the anise flavored veggie, which somehow makes an appearance in every single episode.
