Andy Lee’s bizarre hammer-shaped POTATO amid coronavirus

‘When you can’t go to Bunnings!’ Andy Lee shows off bizarre hammer-shaped POTATO as he hunkers down at home amid the coronavirus pandemic with girlfriend Rebecca Harding

Andy Lee proved he’s not letting the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic dampen his spirits.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the comedian shared a photo of a bizarre hammer-shaped potato from his garden, as he self-isolates with girlfriend Rebecca Harding.

‘When you can’t go to Bunnings to buy a hammer,’ the 38-year-old joked in the caption.

‘Grow one out of potatoes in the garden,’ he continued, alongside the hashtags ‘isolation tricks’ and ‘lockdown for love’.

In the picture, a shirtless Andy proudly held up the odd-looking potato, while a casual-clad Rebecca, 27, smiled for the camera.

The timing of Andy’s post was apt, with the hardware store announcing restrictions on what shoppers can buy earlier this week, amid the panic buying frenzy.
