Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena shows off his rippled physique in shirtless video of his upper body gym workout
He is the son of the most famous bodybuilder of all time.
And Joseph Baena continued to take after his father Arnold Schwarzenegger as he went for an upper body workout on Saturday.
The 23-year-old uploaded a video of himself doing a lateral shoulder raise with dumbbells as he worked out shirtless in the gym.

Displaying his rippled physique, Joseph sported a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms along with a black cap.
Alongside the video, he wrote: ‘For me shoulders have always been the hardest muscles to grow.
‘I’ve learned that the only real way to grow them is by going all out and burning out till you can’t even lift your arms!’
Joseph and his dad, who parlayed his bodybuilding fame into Hollywood success, have past been seen bonding over workouts at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California.

The ex-California governor, 73, took to social media last month with a kind message for Joe as he turned 23.
‘Happy birthday @projoe2!’ Arnold said. ‘I love watching your progress with your training, your work, and in every part of your life. I love you!’
Joseph’s mother, Mildred Baena, was the Schwarzenegger family’s housekeeper when she had an affair with the Terminator star.

The actor hid the fact that he was Joe’s father for 15 years. Mildred Baena had claimed the boy was the son of her now-ex-husband Rogelio Baena until 2011.
The Terminator star is also father to Katherine, 30, Patrick, 27, daughter Christina, 29, and son Christopher, 23, from his past marriage to Maria Shriver, 65.
Arnold and Maria separated in 2011 after the Los Angeles Times revealed he had an affair and fathered his youngest son more than 14 years earlier.
