He’s the tattooed larrikin whose long, shaggy locks made viewers swoon when he debuted on The Bachelorette last year.
But on Thursday, Timm Hanly left fans shocked when he unveiled his new ’80s-inspired haircut, complete with a thick fringe.
Unfortunately for the Bachelor in Paradise star, 28, his heartthrob status might be in jeopardy as the majority of his fans have said they hate his new look.

Timm showed off his new style in a video shared to Instagram Stories.
He beamed from the salon chair as he shook out his fluffy, curly mane and fringe.
‘Best cut I’ve ever had,’ he captioned the post without a hint of irony.

Later Timm shared his thoughts on his bouffant-looking hairstyle.
‘Feast your eyes up on this. Combination with the moustache,’ he said, proudly.

It comes after Timm revealed he wasn’t interested in dating Angie Kent again, after she dumped him on The Bachelorette last year.
‘I wouldn’t be interested even if she slid into my DMs [direct messages],’ he told Hit 100.9’s Jimmy and Nath Show, when asked about Angie’s recent split from her winning suitor, Carlin Sterritt.

‘Whatever they do is up to them,’ he added. ‘That was a year ago for me now. I’ve moved on to bigger and better things.’
Timm, who is currently looking for love on Bachelor in Paradise, added that he would not consider a reunion with Angie even if she appeared on the show.
He continued: ‘If she showed up on Paradise I’d probably look for the nearest life raft and I would just keep paddling!’

He had also spoken about Angie and Carlin’s break-up in an interview on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show on Wednesday.
Timm said that he’d been flooded with messages from fans telling him to rekindle his relationship with Angie.
He said: ‘I haven’t been able to get away from it actually because my DMs have just been full of people going, “Oh your shot!” and “Have a go.”‘
Radio host Kyle Sandilands chimed in: ‘You don’t really want to go back and have a crack at what you lost. That’s not what men do.’
