Bachelor in Paradise star Brittney Weldon reveals what she REALLY thinks of Cassandra Mamone and the ‘bro code’ touted by her male co-stars

She won Bachelor in Paradise viewers over with her lovable personality and disarming candour.  

And now, Brittney Weldon has revealed what she really thinks of her ‘mean girl’ co-star Cassandra Mamone.

Speaking to The Courier Mail on Wednesday, the 26-year-old said she was ‘shocked’ to learn what Cass, 34, thought of her while watching the show.

‘I knew she didn’t really like me because of the love triangle [between Jackson Garlick], but I didn’t realise how much she didn’t value me as a person and that’s really on her,’ she said.

‘I’m proud with how I portrayed myself,’ Brittney continued.

Brittney, who rose to fame after she appeared on Nick Cummins’ version of The Bachelor in 2018, also discussed the the infamous ‘bro code’ often discussed by the likes of Timm Hanly and Ciarran Stott on the show.

‘It was like high school with all that testosterone,’ she recalled. 

The ladies were ‘nice and down to earth’ however, and not having any part of it.

Cassandra missed out on a rose and was sent packing during Monday’s episode.

She was first passed over by Jackson Garlick, who handed his rose to Brittney instead. 

At the time, many fans were happy to see her go, after she was dubbed a ‘mean girl’ for cruel comments she’d made about Brittney on the show.
