Becky Miles had her heart broken by Pete Mann less than a week after filming the Bachelorette grand finale.
And the 30-year-old revealed that looking back, there was a red flag in the early stages of their short-lived relationship that she should have paid closer attention to.
On Monday, the blonde beauty told Life Uncut that straight after the finale was filmed they spent three romantic days together in the Kangaroo Valley, where they talked about their future and meeting each other’s friends and family.

‘At the end he was like, “yeah, I’m going to miss you.” It was really nice to heart that because I think with Pete, he’s a little bit… emotionally closed off.’
She continued: ‘He said a couple of things to me during that time that kind of gave me a little bit of a red flag.
‘He said that… because he has trust issues from his previous break up, he’s sabotaged relationships and he was really scared he was going to do that to me.’

Becky said she was aware about his issues and asked if he had any concerns during their final date on the show.
She recalled that he said his ‘only worry’ was distance, as she is based in Newcastle while he lives in Adelaide.

After Becky announced their split on Friday morning, she told The Daily Telegraph: ‘I feel a bit cheated because three days after spending time together and having a really nice time, I feel like that isn’t giving it a go,’ she said.
