The Bachelorette’s Becky Miles reveals what she and sister Elly ate in the mansion to keep slim while filming – and shares her VERY surprising day on a plate

She spent months in the famous Bachelorette mansion filming the sixth season of the show with her sister Elly.

And now Becky Miles, 30, has shared some details from behind the scenes.

Speaking to Who magazine this week, the blonde beauty revealed how she and Elly, 26, ate ‘clean’ while filming, and her surprising day on a plate.

‘We requested ”clean food” for any meals being catered for during filming,’ Becky told the publication.

She said if they cooked, they would make some healthy dishes, or would order healthier options from UberEats.

She added: ‘Our favourite meals were Guzman y Gomez and sushi.’

Becky said she typically likes to fast in the mornings, but has about two almond piccolos to start her day.

Then she eats lunch – a veggie bowl or plate, followed by Mexican for dinner or a protein and veggies.

‘I like to have a balance, eating mostly a clean diet but also having cheat meals and balance so I don’t go on and binge,’ she explained.

Meanwhile, her exercise regime includes regular walks on the beach and HIIT training three to four times a week.

Sisters Becky and Elly are looking for love on The Bachelorette, a world first for the franchise.

The show premiered on Wednesday, but it seems some viewers aren’t too keen on watching the girls trying to find the man of their dreams.

‘Gonna pass #BacheloretteAU this season. Wasn’t a big fan of Elly even on her original season,’ tweeted one viewer on Wednesday.

Balance: 'I like to have a balance, eating mostly a clean diet but also having cheat meals and balance so I don't go on and binge,' she said

‘She was a bit too nice and bit too bland for my liking,’ they continued, adding: ‘They are obviously gorgeous, so wish Elly and Becky all the best!’

‘Oh man this #BacheloretteAU is boring AF!’ another declared.

A third jokingly suggested: ‘Is there two on the #BacheloretteAU because Elly is so boring?’

The first episode attracted the lowest ever premiere ratings in the franchise’s history.

The broadcast was watched by just 628,000 viewers in the five-city metro market, putting it behind several other entertainment programs.
