Jilted Bachelorette Becky Miles last week confirmed that she had ‘reconnected’ with runner-up Adrian Baena following her split with winner Pete Mann.
Pete, 35, famously dumped the 30-year-old via a FaceTime call, just three days after filming the show’s finale.
On Monday, Adrian, 26, shared a brutal Instagram video in which he revealed that he, too, only dated Becky for three days before deciding they’d be better as friends.

He explained at length that the pair had shared a number of phone calls before decided to meet up – but after three days, Adrian found the relationship ‘too sad’.
Adrian said in his video: ‘After the show, Becky called me up. She was crying and that. She said what happened between her and Pete.
‘Me and Becky, we kept in contact. Then we decided what the heck, let’s meet up, let’s see what happens. I went in with an open mind. What did I have to lose, nothing.

Adrian went on: ‘It was kind of like when you are with your ex girlfriend, and you are looking at her, and you used to have something special, but it’s just not there anymore’
Adrian added: ‘I don’t want to be someone’s second choice. I know who I am and I know what I deserve. To me I am a ten, and I deserve that, and I want to be someone’s first choice’

‘It was really good, we had an amazing three days together. But to be honest, it was just sad.
‘It was kind of like when you are with your ex girlfriend, and you are looking at her, and you used to have something special, but it’s just not there anymore.
‘My heart wasn’t in it anymore. When she picked old mate I just took a massive step back,’ he said.
Adrian did reveal that the pair had stayed close friends, but he didn’t want more than that.

However she admitted: ‘We’ve talked about how we feel about each other and it’s just not the same. So I think it’s going to be friends with us for now’

Becky told news.com.au on Friday that she had been regularly messaging the kitesurfing instructor.
‘When Pete broke things off, I reconnected with Adrian. We’ve been talking and messaging. There’s a lot of care there for each other; he’s such a great guy,’ she said.
‘He’s always checking in on me. He gave me a call last night because we were both a bit emotional. We’ve just got really great communication.’
