‘Dimples on my cheeks and on my face,’ wrote the Massachusetts native.

She continued, ‘One week post Hawaii and I find myself sitting here reminiscing while looking at photos on my phone. Best trip of my life. As far as having a third child, Ali told UsWeekly in February that she may adopt.

‘I like the idea of having a big family but not being pregnant,’ she said.

‘That way, also, we’re helping a child that really, really needs [it]. … It’s not like we have to get pregnant now because I’m pregnant for nine months and then we want the kids to be close in age, [so] we could do it later. And I think that’d be really special.’

The star is feeling better after having a fever of 100.3 in March and worrying she had COVID-19.

She was tested and waited over three weeks for a negative answer.

Fedotowsky went on: 'I had a fever of 100.3 yesterday. But today I don't have a fever so I don't know what that's about.

She's been told she won't get COVID-19 result for another two weeks
