Bethenny Frankel is reportedly engaged to her on-again boyfriend, 42-year-old real estate developer Paul Bernon.
The 50-year-old reality TV star flashed her massive engagement ring while on a beach in Florida this week.
DailyMail.com has learned exclusively that the stunning ring – which has one large emerald cut diamond surrounded by two smaller ones – is worth an estimated $3million.

‘The trilogy ring appears to feature an emerald cut diamond weighing somewhere between 20-25 karats, depending on the width and depth,’ Taylor & Hart Design Director, Kate Earlam-Charnley told DailyMail.com though noted it was difficult to see the entire ring in the photos available.
‘The center diamond looks to measure a massive 22mm (0.8 inches) in length and is flanked on either side by trapezoid diamonds that look to be approximately 1kt each,’ Kate added.
‘Assuming the diamonds possess excellent quality characteristics, the estimated price for the ring is between $2.7 million and $3.4 million dollars.’
Kathryn Money, Brilliant Earth’s SVP of Merchandising & Retail Expansion, had a lower estimate, however.

She told DailyMail.com: ‘Bethenny’s beautiful ring appears to feature a 8-10 carat emerald-cut center diamond flanked by two trapezoid side stones and set on a white gold or platinum band.’
And Money added, ‘Depending on the quality and specific characteristics of the center stone, we estimate the cost of the ring between approximately $750,000 to $1,000,000.’
The design – which resembles Jennifer Lopez’s incredible engagement ring from Alex Rodriguez – looks to be custom made for the reality TV siren.
The rock is much bigger than the Kristen Farrell 6.5-carat pear-shaped ring worth about $150,000 that Jason Hoppy gave Frankel in October 2009.

Frankel’s spokesperson did not immediately return calls to DailyMail.com for comment.
The 50-year-old star has also recently finalized her divorce from Jason Hoppy after a long and contentious divorce process, according to PageSix.
They reached the financial agreement in 2016.
But then spent the next five years arguing over the custody of their only child, Bryn, who is now aged 10.

Frankel and Bernon began dating in 2018 after her boyfriend Dennis Shields passed away at the age of 51 at the Trump Tower in New York City.
His official cause of death was listed as ‘undetermined’ since no autopsy was performed; there were reports he had suffered an overdose.
Bethenny was often seen with Paul on vacation in Europe as well as on the red carpet.
But they went their separate ways in October 2018. The Bravo alum explained that there was nothing bitter between the two, but rather ‘some things just don’t continue’ while appearing on the Ellen show shortly after the split.
At the time, she said the single life was fine: ‘I’m good, I’m good. You know, not everything works out!

From December 2012 until January 2021, Bethenny and Jason had a bitter fight over money and their daughter Bryn.
In 2017 an order was placed against Hoppy as he was charged with ‘harassing and stalking’ the reality TV maven in New York City. Jason then had to stay away from his ex for six months.
In October 2020 Frankel shocked fans when she said on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live that she was still technically wed to Hoppy.
The actress was married to Peter Sussman for one year in 1996 before she tied the knot with Hoppy.
