‘It’s a hard decision for us all’: Pregnant Cara De La Hoyde reveals her son Freddie has started back at school as she encourages people to ‘do what’s right for our own families’
Cara De La Hoyde has revealed she has sent her son Freddie back to school after they reopened following the easing of Covid-19 lockdown rules.
The Love Island star, 29, who is pregnant with her second child, shared an adorable snap of Freddie, two, who is likely in nursery, returning for the first time in several weeks.
Cara admitted sending him back to school was a ‘hard decision’ and she knows other parents will be wrestling with the same choice themselves.

She wrote: ‘Back to school for my little man today. Whatever people’s stance on sending them or not it’s a hard decision for us all.
‘So let’s all stick together no matter how we feel about it and do what’s right for our own families.’
Freddie sported a yellow polo shirt and grey trousers in the snap while Cara tied his hair into a bun for the day.
It comes after mother and son enjoyed a sunny day at the Essex seaside in Clacton-On-Sea on Sunday.

Cara displayed her baby bump in a plunging white polka dot swimsuit as the family enjoyed the spring heatwave.
Last month, Cara revealed she and her husband Nathan Massey are expecting a baby girl as they prepare to welcome their second child together.
Cara shared a sweet picture on her Instagram page with her reality star beau as they made the gender reveal announcement.
Sharing the announcement on her social media, Cara wrote: ‘The secrets out. Finally someone for my team in this mad house.’

The couple met on Love Island in 2016, which saw the pair partner up on day one of the ITV2 reality show and go on to win the series.
In March the reality star took to Instagram to announce her pregnancy news, as she shared a shot of herself posing with her spouse and their toddler son.
She captioned the image, which showed Nathan kissing her bump as she kissed little Freddie: ‘We are so excited to let you know our very nappy news in the latest @new_magazine.’
Cara and Nathan split briefly before welcoming Freddie in December 2017, and tied the knot in June 2019 after three years together.
Nathan took Cara back to the place it all began, the Love Island villa in Mallorca, to pop the question in July 2018.
