Celebrity stylist Jess Pec­oraro sells her home in Sydney’s North Bondi

Celebrity stylist Jess Pec­oraro has sold her family home in Sydney’s North Bondi, only 18 months after purchasing it.

According to Realestate.com.au on Wednesday, the home was advertised as a ‘near-new designer beach house’.

Jess lived at the property with her husband of four years, Steven Monaco, and their two-year-old daughter, Harley.

The property was put on the market with a $5million price guide, $1.5million more than what the couple paid for it.

Jess and Steven bought the home 18 months ago for $3.5million, before carrying out extensive renovations.

The two-storey 1920s home was given a complete redesign on both levels.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was given a new kitchen, as well as an outdoor entertainment area with a pizza oven.

Proving she’s a Sydney real estate power player, Jess has previously flipped houses in both Paddington and Annandale.

She also once owned an apartment in North Bondi, before upgrading to a home in the same area.

Jess is a well-known celebrity stylist, and counts Delta Goodrem, Pip Edwards and Kate Waterhouse among her high-profile clients.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph in March, Jess said she likes to blend high-end designer items with chain-store buys when styling her clients.

‘I am not opposed to anything, sometimes Zara has some cool pieces, it doesn’t have to be designer,’ she said.
