Celine Dion says she is ‘not thinking about a relationship and falling in love again’

Celine Dion says she is ‘not thinking about a relationship and falling in love again’… after the tragic passing of her husband Rene in 2016 from cancer

She is surrounded by the family she created with her late husband, and also has several some career commitments to attend to.

And that is why Celine Dion is saying that she is not prioritizing her love life at present, telling The Today Show on Monday ‘I’m not thinking about a relationship and falling in love again.’

The superstar French-Canadian entertainer, 53, enjoyed a 22-year marriage with her manager-turned-husband Renée Angelil, before his untimely death in 2016 after a battle with throat cancer.

‘I don’t know. I have no idea,’ Celine said on the morning talkshow, when she was asked about the possibility of dating again.

‘Right this second, love is so big right now in my life, with my kids, with life itself,’ the five-time Grammy Award winner added, making a reference to the three sons she shares with René.

Celine is mother to René-Charles, 20, and twins Nelson and Eddy, 10.

‘Do I have to say that it will never happen anymore? I don’t know. I don’t know,’ she also said, leaving the possibility for potential future love open.

The Courage singer has previously opened up about her undying love for her late husband, and Monday was no exception.

‘Losing my husband, for my kids to lose their father, it was quite something,’ Dion reflected.

‘I feel like René has given me so much through the years and still today,’ she continued.
