Chandler Powell pays tribute to ‘most incredible momma’ Bindi Irwin as the couple prepare to welcome their first child together in coming days
Bindi Irwin is set to welcome her first child with husband Chandler Powell any day now.
On Sunday, the father-to-be paid tribute to his wife, calling her the most incredible momma’ in a moving Instagram post.
Chandler, 24, shared two sweet photos showing the pair cuddled up together as he cradles his 22-year-old wife’s belly.

Beside them he wrote: ‘My girls. In awe every day of how my wife has been handling 9 months of pregnancy.
‘@bindisueirwin, you’re going to be the most incredible momma to our Baby Wildlife Warrior. I love you.’
On Saturday, Bindi gave fans a glimpse at the decorations that will adorn the baby’s nursery walls in an Instagram Story.
Beside them twp photos he wrote: ‘My girls. In awe every day of how my wife has been handling 9 months of pregnancy. @bindisueirwin, you’re going to be the most incredible momma to our Baby Wildlife Warrior. I love you’
The nature-themed mural at the Australia Zoo nursery was painted by artist Maryanne Oliver.
Chandler also shared imagery from the nursery to his own Instagram account.
‘Thank you so much to our friend, Maryanne, for this amazing painting in our daughter’s Australia Zoo nursery. She’s going to love it!’ wrote the zookeeper.

The colourful mural included pictures of crocodiles, galahs, cockatoos and of course, koalas.
Bindi and Chandler announced their baby news in August, and revealed the following month they were expecting a daughter.
In an interview with Sunrise last month, Terri mentioned that Bindi was due to give birth in March – meaning the little one is due any day.
