Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky flew from Byron Bay to Sydney via private jet on Sunday.
The Hollywood power couple are both filming new movies in the state’s capital.
Chris, 37, is shooting Thor: Love and Thunder at Fox Studios, while Elsa, 44, is filming a big screen adaption of the opera Carmen around Maroubra.

Chris has played the hammer-wielding Norse god Thor in the Marvel franchise since 2011, and has starred in eight movies as the superhero.

Carmen, based on the opera of the same name, tells the story of a soldier who falls in love with an irresistible woman by the name of Carmen.
While the original was set in Spain, this adaptation will follow a Mexican woman’s search for freedom in Los Angeles.
The production, which was originally slated to take place in Mexico and LA, relocated to Australia due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
At this stage, it’s unclear what role Elsa is set to portray.

Thor: Love and Thunder is due for Australian cinema release in February 2022, while the release date for Carmen has not yet been announced
