Chris Hemsworth puts on a Thor-some display as he flaunts his seriously bulging biceps

Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth regularly flaunts his bulging biceps while portraying action hero, Thor. 

But on Monday, the 37-year-old proved to be just as impressive off-screen while promoting his own fitness app, Centr. 

The Australian superstar stripped down to just a pair of tight board shorts as he flipped an exercise tyre.

The actor’s muscles protruded as he summoned-up the brute strength to flip the heavy exercise tyre by his own hand. 

Chris also showed himself post-workout while leaning on a lifting bar while promoting the new app.

The muscled actor proved he is a man of many talents by showing off his ripped muscles as he shot the camera a stern look following his workout.

Later, Chris showed himself leaning against the ropes of a boxing ring while pensively gazing in front of him. 

Yet another photo showed the film star getting in his cardio while running on a picturesque beach near his Byron Bay home.  

A third promotional shot showed the actor doing stretches on the beach while working out on the golden sand.

The Aussie actor’s shredded photos are to promote his popular fitness app, Centr.

The app includes at-home training, healthy wholesome recipes using pantry staples, meditations and sleep visualisations.

Chris’ strength and conditioning coach has revealed how the Thor star maintains his superhero shape year-round last October.

Joseph ‘Da Rulk’ Sakoda told SMARTdaily the actor follows his ‘functional training’ method, that can be done at home or the gym.

He explained that while it takes hard work to achieve and maintain a ripped physique like Chris, the everyday person can also reap benefits from his approach to fitness.  

Joseph said the beauty in functional training is that you don’t need weights, just your own body weight.

‘I think one of the important things [about] functional training is that you don’t even need any weights, you just learn how to move better without weights,’ he explained.

Functional training is a form of strength training that trains your muscles to work together, and can include squats, lunges and push-ups.   

Meanwhile, in June last year, Chris told Healthy For Men that his approach to health and fitness is not that complex, consisting of just three components.
