Chrissy Teigen plays the part of equestrian for horseback riding lessons with her family in Malibu

She’s jumping back in the saddle.

And Chrissy Teigen looked at ease while walking around a stable while waiting for horseback riding lessons with her family in Malibu on Sunday afternoon.

The 35-year-old cookbook author sported black riding pants and a white button down as she joined her husband, John Legend, for an adventurous day with their kids.

Chrissy certainly looked ready to ride as she stepped out in a loose white blouse with her long sleeves rolled up to her elbows.

She rocked a pair of black riding pants with matching boots and wore a thin leather belt with a silver buckle around her waist.

Not one to miss a fashion moment, she opted for a matching black face mask to protect herself and others from the coronavirus. 

The Cravings author tied up her caramel colored hair into a high top bun and wore light makeup for her day outside.

Little Luna looked ever the professional as she wore a matching khaki outfit with red stripes while riding her own pony.

John jumped on the back of a horse to accompany their two-year-old son Miles as he enjoyed a ride around the ring. 

They both played it smart by wearing black helmets as a guide stayed close by to help with their lesson.

Horseback riding is a new hobby for the group, which Chrissy recently adopted under the advice of her counselor.

‘My therapist says I need something that I do for just me, as I have absolutely nothing currently lol. Today begins my journey into the horse world,’ she penned on social media. ‘I hope this dude likes me he’s so handsome and appears lazy, I love.’
