Clarifications and corrections

In articles on 29 May 2018, 25 February 2019 and 8 October 2019 we reported that Sand Van Roy had complained to police that Luc Besson had raped her in Paris and suggested she had reported to the police that she had been drugged when no drugs were found in a subsequent drugs test. We accept that the identification of Ms Van Roy was a breach of her privacy and that she did not report that she had been drugged. We have offered to pay compensation and legal costs to Ms Van Roy and we apologise to her for the distress caused.
